Steeped in atmosphere, Dieppe's cobbled streets, quayside cafes
and bars provide plenty of entertainment for the most seasoned
traveller. It boasts more than 100 fine restaurants serving freshly
caught fish and local produce, and its markets draw visitors from
far and wide. If you are making Dieppe your destination for a
short break do not miss a visit to the Castle Museum, or a stroll
along nearly 3km of seafront. A little further afield is Rouen,
capital of Normandy, and well worth an hour's drive to take in
this captivating town.
