c.£6.00 per hour including incentives & bonuses

We need 20 Agents to work in our Dover Call Centre, between March and September this year. Some positions require fluency in French and English, for which a salary premium is payable.

Our philosophy is to sell and promote hoverspeed’s unique services and ancillary products, whilst providing exceptional customer service to an increasingly demanding market. You will need to be the type of person who is motivated by working in a competitive environment, but still possess the qualities of a team player.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, should possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in dealing with the public. These positions are full-time and will involve shift work, which will include weekends and public holidays.

hoverspeed is an Investor in People, and a thorough induction and training programme will prepare you for this challenging role. Your employment will begin in early Spring and you must then be available without interruption until September, with excellent prospects for employment to the end of 2001 and beyond.
