Based in Dover/Newhaven

Reporting to the Catering Leader, your role is to ensure that all food on board is prepared and presented to the highest possible standards.

With an NVQ Level 2 in Catering or City and Guilds 706/2 and an ability to forward plan, you will ensure that sufficient stock is ordered to meet passenger needs as well as assist with stocktaking, cash handling, floats and balancing the books at the end of the working day.

Personable, outgoing and confident you will be adept at dealing with the travelling public and will be able to integrate as part of a close-knit team working on board.
